Zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti stavebního podniku

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení konkurenceschopnost stavebního podniku Mézl a Janíček, s. r. o. V první části jsou definovány teoreticko-metodologická východiska konkurenceschopnosti a metody jejího hodnocení. V praktické části jsou teoretické poznatky aplikovány na konkrétní společnost. Prostřednictvím SWOT analýzy se hodnotí podnikatelské prostředí firmy. Následně metodou benchmarking se porovnává podnik s konkurentem a odvětvím. Poslední použitou metodou je Pollakova metoda zjišťující vitalitu organizace. Závěrem práce jsou shrnuty výsledky provedených analýz a navrhnuty doporučení pro posílení konkurenční pozice a zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti.

The aim of the thesis is to find out the competitiveness of the construction company Mézl a Janíček, LTD. In the first part, there are defined the theoretical-methodological basis of competitiveness and methods of evaluation. In the practical part, there is the theoretical knowledge applying in the specific company. Business environment of the company is evaluated through a SWOT analysis. After this analyse, I do benchmarking, which compares the company with rival and industry. The last method used is Pollak of detecting the vitality of the organization. At the end of the thesis, there are summarized the results, analysis, the plans and recommendation for te reinforcement of the competitive position and the improvement of competitiveness.
