Analýza procesu vychystávání a expedice výrobků

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zjišťováním stavu v procesu expedice a vychystávání výrobků ve zvolené firmě. V první části práce je uvedena obecná charakteristika týkající se dané problematiky. Je zde uvedena stručná teorie z oblasti logistiky a skladování. Druhá část práce se věnuje analýze současného stavu a také analýze vychystávání zboží pracovníky včetně snímkování časů na vychystávání objednávek. V další části práce jsou vyhodnoceny zjištěné výsledky a na jejich základě jsou navržena opatření k eliminaci zjištěných problémů. V závěru práce je provedeno stručné zhodnocení přínosu navržených změn.

The bachelor's thesis deals with ascertaining the status in the process of shipping and picking products in the chosen company. In the first part of the thesis, a general description of the issue is presented. A brief theory of logistics and warehousing is presented here. The second part of the work is devoted to the analysis of the current state and also to the analysis of the picking of goods by workers, including taking pictures of the times for picking orders. In the next part of the work, the found results are evaluated and, based on them, measures are proposed to eliminate the found problems. At the end of the work, a brief assessment of the benefits of the proposed changes is made.
