Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of customer profitability in a company engaged in logistics outsourcing for an e-commerce company. The theoretical part describes the theoretical and methodological foundations leading to the ability to develop a profitability analysis for a selected segment of customers. The goal is to determine the profitability of customers. The design part is focused on recommendations leading to the improvement of the profitability of all customers of the company.
