Frézování rovinných ploch

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou frézování rovinných ploch. V teoretické části jsou popsány nástroje pro rovinné frézování s různými úhly nastavení, jejich hlavní aspekty, konstrukce, geometrie a druhy opotřebení řezného nástroje. Další část diplomové práce je věnována analýze navržené konstrukce prototypového nástroje a geometrie břitu VBD. Hlavní část diplomové práce je zaměřena na experimentální zkoušky obrábění včetně popisu frézovacích nástrojů, použitého obráběcího stroje, obráběných materiálů a řezných podmínek. Poslední část práce je věnována vyhodnocení zkoušek obrábění. V závěru diplomové práce jsou shrnuty všechny dosažené výsledky a poznatky a technicko-ekonomické zhodnocení.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of milling of planar surfaces. The theoretical part describes tools for face milling with different setting angles, their main aspects, construction, geometry and types of wear of the cutting tool. The next part of the diploma thesis is devoted to the analysis of the proposed construction of a prototype tool and the geometry of indexable inserts. The main part of the diploma thesis is focused on experimental cutting tests, including a description of milling cutters, used milling machine, machined materials and cutting conditions. The last part of the work is devoted to the evaluation of tests. At the end of the diploma thesis are summarized all achieved results and know ledge and technical - economic evaluation.
