Abstract

My thesis deals with design of maintenance system in company manufacturing car body parts. Opening part of thesis describes requirements for machine reliability, each systems of proceeding, controlling a organization of maintenance, followed by description of the company, it´s structure, production programme, manufacturing process and infromation about actual state of care about corporeal property. Then a new system of care for chosen machine is designed, with focus on preventive inspection and maintenance, which includes detailed plan of preventice inspection of machine as well as instruction how to proceed maintenance.
