Komplexní analýza a identifikace úzkých míst ve výrobním systému

Abstract

The master thesis deals with a complex analysis of a whole production system of a company producing textile ropes. The analysis is breaking down every production unit and machines, production portfolio, warehouses and manipulation throughout the entire establishment and evaluates how lean the company is. Based on the analysis, a problems are identified and their solutions are suggested. The benefits of this master thesis are evaluated eventually. The work is separated on a main part and a technical report, which contains the analysis process in detail.
