Ovlivnění přesnosti zmatňujících sprejů pro optické metody měření

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá ovlivnitelností měření za užití antireflexních nástřikových vrstev. Teoretická část práce obsahuje rešerši článků zabývajících se touto problematikou, průzkum aktuálního stavu trhu, vysvětlení základních metod optického měření a rozdělením zmatňujících sprejů dle jejich charakteristiky. Dále zkoumá vliv těchto sprejů na přesnost měření. V experimentální části se bakalářská prácezaměřuje na navržení přípravku, laboratorní měření nanesené tloušťky zmatňujícího spreje pro optická měření v několika typech antireflexních nástřiků, jejich nasnímatelnost, měření tloušťky vrstvy daného nástřiku a porovnání nasnímatelnosti za pomocí souřadnicového měřícího přístroje.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the influence of measurements using anti-reflective coating layers. The theoretical part of the work contains a search for articles dealing with this issue, a survey of the current state of the market, an explanation of the basic methods of optical measurement and the division of matting sprays according to their characteristics. He also investigates the effect of these sprays on the accuracy of measurements. In the experimental part, the bachelor's thesis focuses on the design of the preparation, laboratory measurement of the applied thickness of the matting spray for optical measurements in several types of anti-reflective coatings, their imageability, measurement of the thickness of the layer of the given coating and comparison of imageability using a coordinate measuring machine.
