Abstract

Bachelor thesis is dedicated to dealing with issues related to thermal losses of a family house. The goal of this thesis is to ensure reducing thermal losses of the house by 50 %. In an introductory part the paper focuses on a theory of calculation of thermal losses and then on a calculations itself of a particular family house, which are done with two options of thickness of an isolation material. It is also provided with a description of individual alternatives of thermal measures and drafts. Closing part is dedicated to final conclusion and graphical comparison of state of the house before and after thermal insulation. It also reflects costs of heating the house per year, input costs and payback period of an investment.
