Využití multiparametrické diagnostiky při určování technického stavu obráběcích strojů

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá využitím multiparametrické diagnostiky k určování technického stavu obráběcích strojů. Na začátku je krátké seznámení se společností TATRA TRUCKS a.s., ve které byla provedena praktická část. Po té následuje teoretická část diplomové práce, kde jsou rozebrány systémy údržby, metody technické diagnostiky zejména ty které byly využity k určení technického stavu pěti obráběcích center. Druhá část diplomové práce obsahuje praktickou část, kde jsou vyhodnoceny naměřené vibrace a provedené rozbory odebraných olejů

The master thesis deals with the use of multiparametric diagnostics to determine the technical condition of machine tools. At the beginning, there is a brief introduction to Tatra Trucks a.s, in which a practical part was made. Then follows the theoretical part of the master thesis, which deals with maintenance systems, methods of technical diagnostics, especially those used to determine the technical condition of five machining centers. The second part of the master thesis contains a practical part, where the measured vibrations and analyzes of collected oils are evaluated.
