Ústí nad Orlicí – návrh nového využití brownfieldu-bývalého areálu Prefa

Abstract

The aim of this work is the proposed new use of the former complex Prefa for sports use in Usti nad Orlici. The proposal is designed in two variants as territorial studies, design of spatial and functional organization. One option is selected finalized in detail, including the study of sports halls, skatapark, playground and outdoor fitness. At the same time resolved studies of technical infrastructure and transport. The resulting solution is presented in visualization and completed text parts. The work also includes evaluating the financial costs of construction on the proposed solution.
