| dc.description.abstract | Cílem bakalářské práce je návrh nového využití bývalého areálu Prefa pro sportovní využití v Ústí nad Orlicí. Návrh je řešen ve dvou variantách jako územní studie, návrhem prostorového a funkčního uspořádání. Jedna vybraná varianta je dopracována podrobněji, včetně studie sportovní haly, skataparku, dětského hřiště a venkovního fitness. Zároveň je řešena studie technické infrastruktury a dopravy. Výsledné řešení je presentováno ve vizualizacích a doplněno textovou částí. Součástí práce je i vyhodnocení finančních nákladů stavby na navržené řešení. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this work is the proposed new use of the former complex Prefa for sports use in Usti nad Orlici. The proposal is designed in two variants as territorial studies, design of spatial and functional organization. One option is selected finalized in detail, including the study of sports halls, skatapark, playground and outdoor fitness. At the same time resolved studies of technical infrastructure and transport. The resulting solution is presented in visualization and completed text parts. The work also includes evaluating the financial costs of construction on the proposed solution. | en |
