Analýza vlivu tlakové ztráty na parametry zařízení FLEXIVIT

Abstract

This thesis examines the influence of pressure losses on the output electric power of one of the applications of a flexible energy system, which is FLEXIVIT. In FLEXIVIT the working substance is an air-water vapor mixture. There are four basic exchangers in the cycle, where the pressure losses are calculated. Subsequently an analysis of the impact of losses of pressure exchangers arranged in front of and behind the turbine on the output electrical power is taking place. After analyzing an optimisation of pressure losses with in-line resistors and an optimisation of pipe friction pressure losses is done, in order to reach the highest electrical power under the condition of a real feasibility of the proposed modifications.
