Abstract
This bachelor thesis was focused on customer satisfaction measurment with services of sports shop. The aim was to determine total satisfaction of customers with Jump Sport, Ltd. Method for collecting the data was chosen personal interview. Instrument for collecting of data was questionnaire. Suggestions and recommendations to increase customer satisfaction were deduced based on the results of the research.
