Analýza vlivu nudgingu na postoje spotřebitelů k preferenci zdravých potravin

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse the influence of nudging on young people's attitude towards healthy food preferences. The thesis addresses issues related to factors and demographic variables that influence healthy food preferences, as well as key sources of information about healthy eating. The results of this work show that certain nudge strategies influence the purchase of healthy food, the influence of demographic variables was confirmed only for some items. Social networks, specialized blogs and websites, family and friends were found to be popular sources of information about healthy food.
