Abstract

The thesis described above concerns the possible application of the Stirling Motor to evaluate the heating and electrical energy (requirements) for individual houses. In the introduction, the basic methods of combining the production of electric and heat energy are explained and described. This section also contains a description of the technical principles of the individual methods of both cogeneration and trigeneration production. Great emphasis is placed on the operating principles of the Stirling Motor. My own proposal for the use of Stirling Motors in individual houses is the focus of this work and is based on a detailed measurement of heat loss, energy evaluation and return on the selected type of Stirling Motor with a given power and heat output.
