My bachelor thesis was to optimize the assembly line of group lamps in Hella Autotechnik Nova, s.r.o. in Mohelnice. The main part was to look for bottlenecks in production and to reduce shortage of productive times by various methods, thereby increasing productivity. I made the measure of efficiency by means of capacitive calculations, where the result is evaluated both financially and in part.
