Motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

This thesis focues on the problems of employee motivation in a chosen organization especially on the satisfaction of employees with thein work benefits. On the basis of a surfy conducted in ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s the satisfaciton of employees with the omployee benefits was evaluated.

For mapping and evaluation of these issues, a surfy was given based on which several proposals are made to improve the current sratus. In this thesis can also be foud employee requests an proposals. This thesis monitors the current status of employee benefits and brings forvard recommendations for improving the motivation of employees.
