Abstract

This thesis treats of process of logistic costs and process, the process of evaluation of customers and the influence of this evaluation on logistic services. In the first part is briefly described history of logistics and explained main logistic operations. Subsequently demands of customers in general and analysis of demands of Company´s customers. Further overview of costs from forwarder´s and transporter´s point of view. Practical part includes logistic departement progress and improvement sugesstions. Last part is diagrammatized and described pivotal progress indicators relating to general sales of products and services and logistic departement employees.
