Frézování austenitických ocelí vysokými posuvy

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou frézování austenitických ocelí vysokými posuvy. V první části je popsána stručná historie a orientace společnosti Dormer Pramet a stručné rozdělení austenitických ocelí. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na frézování vysokými posuvy, popisu austenitické oceli a analýzu vybrané konkurence a nástrojů společnosti Dormer Pramet. V hlavní části této práce jsou popsány funkční a trvanlivostní zkoušky obrábění prototypových břitových destiček a fréz. V poslední části Bakalářské práce je uvedeno vyhodnocení zkoušek obrábění, které byly zaměřeny na zkoušky drsnosti povrchu, zatížení vřetene stroje a zkoušky trvanlivosti. V závěru této práce se nachází ekonomické shrnutí testovaných řešení.

The Bachelor thesis deal with questions of high feed milling of austenitic stainless steels. In the first part is decribed history and orientation of comapny Dormer Pramet and short partition of austenitic steels. The second part is focused on high feed milling, description of austenitic stainless steel and analysis of chosen competitor tools and Dormer Pramet tools. In the main part are described functional and durability tests with prototypes of indexable inserts and mills. The final part of Bachelor thesis is evaluation of cutting tests, focused on surface roughness tests, load of milling machine and durability tests. In the end there is economical part summarizing of tested solutions.
