Abstract

Bachelor thesis is focused on human resource management in the company Unipetrol RPA s.r.o. The work consists of five parts. After learning the basic concepts of management and theoretical approaches to human resources management, the practical is presented to the company Unipetrol RPA s.r.o. and then analyzed human resource management in the organizational unit. Working readers familiar with the characteristics of the selected organization and analysis of HR activities. Finally, it assesses the personal activity of the organization and some recommendations that could be beneficial for the company.
