Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a positioning fixture intended for manual scraping of plain bearings. The aim of the thesis is to develop a simple, stable, and ergonomic device that allows secure and adjustable positioning of the bearing housing during the machining process. The work includes a description of functional and ergonomic requirements, selection of suitable mechanical components, and the design process in accordance with applicable standards and available components. The thesis also includes calculation and drawing documentation created in Autodesk Inventor.
