Analýza samo-vyvažovacího mechanismu pračky

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou samo-vyvažovacího mechanismu pračky. Nejdříve je krátce popsán princip tohoto mechanismu a jeho omezení, která je nutné brát v úvahu. Poté jsou popsány různé metody numerické integrace a je vybrána jedna pro řešení této práce. V další kapitole je uvedena základní teorie kmitání, bez uvažování samo-vyvažovacího mechanismu. Následně je provedeno řešení numerickou integrací pomocí Newmarkovy metody. V další části je stručně popsáno řešení 3D modelu. V závěru jsou srovnány výsledky získané numerickou integrací a analytickým výpočtem a je zhodnocen vliv samo-vyvažovacího mechanismu na kmitání pračky.

The theme of bachelor thesis is The Analysis of the Washing Machine Auto-balancing Mechanism. First, there is a short description of principle of the mechanism and its limitations. Then there are described various methods of numerical integration and one is chosen for solving the problem. Basic theory of vibration without auto-balancing mechanism is described in the next chapter. Subsequently is performed solution by numerical integration using Newmark method. In the next part is described shortly the solution of 3D model. In the end are compared results obtained from numerical integration and from analytical solution and then impact of the auto-balancing mechanism on the washing machine vibration is evaluated.
