Svislý pásový dopravník typu Flexowell

Abstract

This master thesis deals with the proposal of a vertical belt conveyor of the type Flexowell. The belt conveyor line gradient is 90 [⁰], the belt width this 800 mm and the belt speed is 1,2 [m/s]. The horizontal distance of limit drums is 35 [m] and the vertical distance is 25 [m]. The conveyed material is dry river sand, which is transported in the upper single cylinder branch. At the beginning part of the thesis there is an overview of the belt conveyors with the transfer separtitions. The second, computing part of this thesis is concerned with the calculation of a maximum transported output, also with the calculation of the belt conveyor made in accordance with applicable standards and with of the necessary technological and capacity calculations. In the drawing part of this thesis there is documented the construction design of the belt conveyor set, the construction design of the driving and return stations and the production drawing of the shaft of a drive drum.
