Abstract

The aim of this work is to describe the implementation process of new ERP system into production workflow. Theoretical part shows the global issues of ERP systems. The condition of today used information system is stated then. There is an effort to introduce new solution and to describe the implementation process. Practical part of this work is focused on trial operations, which are shown on two parts commonly produced by company. The whole work-flow process is shown on these parts. The final conclusion is situated on the end of this work.
