Renovace pístového kompresoru a provozní měření jeho funkčnosti za účelem získání energetických charakteristik

Abstract

The master thesis deals with the renovation of the piston compressor 2JSK60, which was used in Tatra 111 vehicles. This thesis is divided into two main parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. The issue of volume compressors with emphasis on piston compressors is discussed in the introduction of the theoretical part. Also presented here is the vehicle Tatra 111, for which the basic data and attractions are given. The practical part consists mainly of the renovation of the piston compressor 2JSK60 and mobile compressor units (engine, aerator, etc.) with photo documentation and pulley distance calculation. The final point of the master thesis is measuring the performance of the piston compressor using the method of filling the space of known volume and obtaining energy characteristics using measured and calculated values.
