Hodnocení konkurenceschopnosti regionů soudržnosti v České republice

Abstract

Resumé Hodnocení konkurenceschopnosti regionů soudržnosti v České republice Bc. Zuzana Pavlásková Diplomová práce se zabývá vysvětlením a objasněním celkového konceptu konkurenceschopnosti na všech úrovních a v praktické části následnému zhodnocení regionální konkurenceschopnosti na úrovni regionů soudržnosti NUTS II České republiky. Cílem této diplomové práce je detailní rozbor teoretických východisek konkurenceschopnosti, možnosti přístupu k hodnocení a definování strukturálních ukazatelů. A následně porovnání jednotlivých regionů, kterého dosáhly na základě svého bodového hodnocení ve vybraných strukturálních ukazatelích v průběhu sledovaného období 2001-2010. Práce je rozdělena do tří obsahových částí. V první části se nachází teoretická východiska konkurenceschopnosti, detailnější rozbor problematiky regionální konkurenceschopnosti a jednotlivých strukturálních ukazatelům pro její hodnocení. Druhá část diplomové práce se zaměřuje na možnosti hodnocení regionální konkurenceschopnosti v podmínkách EU a ČR. Ve třetí části se nachází konkrétní analýza a hodnocení míry konkurenceschopnosti regionů NUTS II v České republice.

Resume Competitiveness Evaluation of the Cohesion Regions in the Czech Republic Bc. Zuzana Pavlásková The Diploma thesis focuses on the explanation and clarification of the whole conception of competitiveness at all levels and the practical part then assesses the regional competitiveness at the level of cohesive regions NUTS II in the Czech Republic. The objective of the Diploma thesis has been the detailed analysis of theoretical competitiveness base, the options in the approach to the assessment, and the defining of structural indicators. Consequently, there is the comparison of individual regions prepared on the basis of their scores achieved in the course of the monitored period 2001-2010. The thesis has been divided into the three parts. The first part presents the theoretical competitiveness bases, a more detailed analysis of the regional competitiveness issue and the individual structural assessment indicators. The second part of the Diploma thesis focuses on options in the assessment of the regional competitiveness within the situation existing in the Czech Republic and EU. The third part presents the specific analysis and the assessment of the competitiveness rate assigned to the regions NUTS II in the Czech Republic.
