Abstract

An Analysis of Employee Education and Development System in a Chosen Organization

Presented work is trying to give global analysis of employee education and development system in a chosen organization. It generally defines learning, education and development. The work also presents educational methods and phases of the educational process. Chosen organization is Základní škola Vojtěcha Martínka Brušperk, because teachers of this organisation are attending strategic trainings and individual courses trough school year. The development system in this organization was analysed by school‘s internal sources, by sociological research too, questionnaire specifically. Proposals and recommanditions were created according to questionnaire’s results. These proposals and recommanditions are focusing on teacher‘s participation in educational courses, educational methods, information and comunication technologies, as well as further education processes.
