Abstract
The subject of this thesis is the implementation of TPM at Siemens Ltd. o.z. Electric Mohelnice. In the theoretical part, I would like to introduce the company and analyze and assess the current state of maintenance in the foundry at Siemens Ltd. In the next section you familiar with the method of TPM - AU, its essence and basic steps to implementation. Followed by processing standards, procedures and methodology of TPM - AU to specific devices on foundry and machining shop on the machine Emag VL5i DSL. The concluding part shall evaluate the implementation of TPM - AU into practice.
