Konstrukční řešení tvářecího nástroje pro výrobu držáku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá konstrukčním řešením tvářecího nástroje pro výrobu držáku. V úvodu jsou popsány základy konstrukce tvářecích nástrojů. Dále jsou popsány technologie stříhání a ohýbání. Následuje rozbor řešené problematiky a jsou určeny cíle práce. Další část obsahuje rozbor zadané součásti, kde je specifikován základní materiál součásti a je určen rozvin vyráběné součásti. Následuje vytvoření nástřihového plánu a stanovení tvářecích sil v jednotlivých operacích. Další kapitola obsahuje návrh konstrukčního řešení, kde jsou rozebrány jednotlivé součásti nástroje a použité materiály. V závěru práce je provedeno experimentální ověření správnosti konstrukčního řešení a hodnocení dosažených výsledků.

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a forming tool for the production of a holder. In the introduction the basics of the design of forming tools are described. Then cutting and bending technologies are described, and also the analysis of the problem solved and the objectives of the thesis are determined. The next part contains the analysis of the specified component, where the basic material of the component is specified and the development of the manufactured component is determined. This is followed by the creation of a cutting plan and the determination of the forming forces in each operation. The next section contains the design of the structural solution, where the individual components of the tool and the materials used are discussed. The thesis concludes with an experimental verification of the correctness of the design and an evaluation of the results obtained.
