Abstract

The current period in business can be characterized by the efforts to increase performance. A trend is to motivate employees for more efficiency in production. These efforts are evident in the chemical industry, so my work focuses on evaluation of employees in Unipetrol RPA s.r.o. Such evaluation ensures the best management of employee work performance. This diploma thesis is aimed at assessing the current state of employee evaluation in a company called Unipetrol RPA, s.r.o. The current state of staff evaluation will be assessed by means of a questionnaire. A proposal for measures to improve or replace the evaluation system will be made.
