In the thesis, We dealt with the design and computation overhead double-girder bridge crane total capacity 20 tons. The crane has a span of 18.88 m, lifting height 7m, 4.5m wheelbase The work includes the calculation of the strength of the beam adjudged by two limit states specified in the standards ČSN 27 0103 and ČSN 73 1401.
