Pneumatický lis pro vysekávání tvarových konců pryžových profilů

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with the structural design of the pneumatic press used for the workplace to create a cut-out shape TPV profile with aluminum reinforcement. The device makes it possible to carry out at the same time with the left and right ends of the profile. The proposal involves a solution with interchangeable modules for two profiles with various shapes. The proposed system of the machine allows adding any additional modules for more range but only in linear dimensions profile 400-730 mm. The device is automatic only with manual setting up input material. Waste is designed as a gravity in the embedded box.
