Návrh zařízení pro laserové gravírování

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with proposal of equipment for laser engraving. The introduction shows initial thots and introduces the issues associated with laser engraving, from where, goals are created. Then there is the theoretical part, where conventional and unconventional technologies used for engraving are introduced. Theoretical part is also devoted to the analysis of laser engraving technology, based on which a requirement sheet is created. Furthermore, three conceptual variants are developed, from which the most favorable for further processing is selected by means of multi-criteria analysis. The following is a description of the design, where is information on the functional principles, placement of elements and assembly of selected assemblies. Then the thesis deals with control and design calculations of the most loaded working axis of the device. The next chapter is focused on electronics of the designed system, there is a description of individual components and the design calculation of the power supply. The chapter's output is electronics wiring diagram. The last chapter of the thesis shows ideas for increasing the safety of the device. At the end of the thesis there is a summary of the achieved results, ideas for future research and development, possible use, and competitiveness of the proposed equipment.
