Plazmové svařování technicky čistého titanu

Abstract

Práce poskytuje náhled do problematiky svařování technicky čistého titanu s použitím metody plazmového svařování. V úvodní části jsou teoreticky popsány vlastnosti technicky čistého titanu a jeho slitin, na které je plynule navázáno problematikou svařování. V experimentální části jsou nejprve provedeny návrhy zkušebních svarových spojů a postup jejich ověření, dále jsou popsány konkrétní procesy svařování. Práce obsahuje popis provedených destruktivních a nedestruktivních zkoušek. V závěru je uvedeno zhodnocení dosažených výsledků a je navržen výsledný postup svařování (WPS) titanového plátu.

This thesis provides insight into the problems of welding of pure titanium using the method of plasma welding. In the introductory part are theoretically described properties of technically pure titanium and its alloys, together with problems of plasma welding. In the experimental part are first made suggestions of welded joints and their verification process, further is described the specification of welding processes. The thesis contains a description of the destructive and non-destructive tests. In conclusion is presented evaluation of the results and after that is proposed a specification of welding process of titanium sheet.
