Abstract
The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of measuring the accuracy of a CNC machine tool and components manufactured under different cutting conditions. The theoretical part describes the classical methods of measuring geometric accuracy and the possibility of using the Renishaw Ballbar system. The practical part examines the measurement of the accuracy of the vertical machining center MAS MCV 1270 Power by checking the roundness of test workpieces on a coordinate measuring machine Wenzel LH 65 X3M Premium in combination with measuring the accuracy of circular interpolation in various table positions by Renishaw Ballbar QC20-W. Finally, the results of both methods are compared.
