Implementace SMED s prvky TPM

Abstract

The Master Thesis deals shortening with times in Senior Flexonics Czech s.r.o. In the Thesis is basic introduction of the company and the product concreted by the improvement. The goal of this Thesis is to propose new time procedures for Exchange of products in two separate devices. In the practical part is evaluation of the initial state before the improvement,which was monitored in a certain period. The next chapters deal with analyzing the original state,finding problems and proposing new counter-measures. In the last part, there is a summary and contribution to society.
