Optimalizace procesních parametrů aditivní technologie L-PBF

Abstract

The master thesis deals with the optimization of process parameters of additive Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF) technology with respect to the resulting porosity and mechanical properties of the material. The first part of the thesis deals with a review of the current situation from published scientific articles, where the current knowledge on the production and testing of MAR-M509 alloy by the additive LPBF method is presented. The second part presents the current knowledge of the additive LPBF method. The last part deals with the proposed optimization experiment. Using the DOE method, 16 combinations of process parameters were designed for 3D printing of the tested MAR-M509 alloy. Subsequently, porosity and mechanical properties of the material were measured on all tested samples. In conclusion, the obtained porosity results with mechanical properties for the tested samples are presented and discussed.
