Benchmarking a nejlepší praxe v prostředí dopravního podniku.

Abstract

This diploma thesis is concerned with the topic of benchmarking and best practice in the environment of a transport company. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with theoretical knowledge of benchmarking. The second part addresses benchmarking in the public transport company Ostrava. It is carried out in four phases, namely planning, data collection, analysis and improvement. As a part of the last phase – improvement – proposals for improvement in the particular company are made.
