Abstract

Customer Satisfaction Measurement of Aquapark The aim my bachelor work is Customer Satisfaction Measurement of Aquapark. The contents of the first chapter is introduction. The second chapter deals with characteristic of Sportplex company. Below there is micro and macro factors, which have influence over company. The contents of the third chapter is a theoretical ways for measuring a customer´s satisfaction. The fourth chapter cointains a methodic part where is definition of problem, aim, method of collecting data. In the fifth chapter the analysis of customers satisfaction made. The sixth chapter is concerned in suggestions and recommendations, coming out of marketing research. In the seventh chapter contents summary of my bachelor work. The marketing research showed necessary results, which will be contribution for company and assistance to rise the satisfaction of customers.
