Abstract

Diplomová práce řeší vydobytí zásob 16. a 17. sloje v oblasti 10. kry dobývacího prostoru lokality ČSA. Navrhuje způsob otvírky ložiska, ve kterém specifikuje způsob rozpojování, nakládání a odtěžení horniny, včetně použitých technologických zařízení. Při otvírce a přípravě stanovuje velikosti profilů ražených chodeb, včetně umístění technických a bezpečnostních zařízení a určuje způsob dopravy materiálu. Dále navrhuje dobývací metodu, kterou bude ložisko exploatováno společně s dobývacím komplexem, který bude u této exploatace použit. Zmiňuje se o způsobu větrání v otvírkové, přípravné i dobývací fázi. Analyzuje rizika vznikající v souvislosti s hornickou činností a stanovuje opatření pro je jejich eliminaci. V ekonomické oblasti se zabývá stanovením množství zásob určených k dobývání a množství ztrát vzniklých při dobývání části výhradního ložiska. Určuje výši nákladů v jednotlivých fázích prací a celkový relativní zisk.

The thesis deals with the extraction of reserves from the 16th and 17th seam around the 10th block in the extraction area of the CSA site. It proposes methods of deposit opening, which specifies ways of the disintegration, loading and excavation of the rock, as well as the specialised equipment used. During the opening and preparation, it determines the size of the dug shaft profiles, including the placement of technical and security equipment and states the ways of material transportation. It also recommends an extraction method to exploit the deposit together with the extraction complex used for this exploitation. Ways of airing during the opening, preparation and extraction stage are mentioned in the thesis, as well as the analysis of risks arising in connection with mining and possible measures for their elimination. With regards to the economics field, the thesis determines the volume of reserves appointed for extraction and the volume of waste incurred during the extraction from the part of an exclusive deposit. It determines the costs involved at individual stages of work and the total relative profit.
