Abstract

The thesis deals with optimizing the manufacturing process in the central preparation of material (CPM) in business UNEX. The introduction provides basic information about the company, especially it´s company history and present. The work is aimed only at the central preparation of material. Here I focused on describing the activities of CPM, the nature of production, flame cutting machines and description specifications of the problem. I have conducted an analysis of the flame cutting, analysis of production, and based on this informations I made a proposal to add capacity due to increased performance. In conclusion I evaluated the results obtained.
