Hodnocení kvality PVD povlaku na nástrojích

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením kvality PVD povlaků firmy SHM-cz, se sídlem v Šumperku. V první části bakalářské práce je věnována pozornost studii povlakovaných slinutých karbidů (SK) a vysvětlení metod PVD a CVD povlaků. V dalších dvou částech práce je rozbor současného stavu povlakování firmy SHM-cz a na tuhle část práce je navázána i studie nanášení povlaku firmy SHM-cz. Na základě rozboru a získaných informací je navrhnuta metodika hodnocení kvality PVD povlaku pro experimentální zkoušky. V poslední části práce jsou provedeny a zpracovány experimentální zkoušky hodnocení kvality PVD povlaku a obohaceny obrázky a tabulkami. Na závěr celé bakalářské práce je zhodnocení všech experimentálních zkoušek a výsledků, které byly dosaženy.

This thesis deals with evaluating the quality of PVD coatings by the Company SHM-cz based in Šumperk. The first part of the thesis is devoted to a study of cemented carbide coatings and an explanation of the method of PVD and CVD coating. The next two part one an analyses of the current state of Coating in SHM-cz and connected with this, is a study of coating used by the firm. On the basis of this analysis and information obtained a method of evaluation is proposed for attesting the quality of the coating for experimental tests. The final parts deals wit the how the tests were carried out and processing of the experimental test results for quality of the PVD coating, illustrated with tables and diagrams. In the conclusion there is an evaluation of all the experimental tests and the results obtained from them.
