Abstract

The bachelor thesis is dedicated to organizational culture. It defines methods of data gathering and evaluating. Here are listed definitions of organizational culture by individual authors. It focuses on organization classification based on topologies of their organizational culture. With surveys, the thesis probes harmony of employees with organizational culture and it's topology. From results and explanations of a survey, questions for semistructured interview are formed. Interview is used to specify data and recommendations are made for organization in question.
