Inteligentní senzory a jejich nasazení při on-line diagnostice a monitorování procesů

Abstract

The dissertation deals with intelligent sensors in online diagnostics and process monitoring. The work's experimental part focuses on the diagnosis and measurement of vibrations or small displacements with an overlap in active vibration control. The work also includes the complete development of a hardware and software solution that implements all the tools to solve this issue into one compact solution using a microcontroller and custom capacitive sensor designs. The result is a low-cost and effective solution designed for high-speed industrial machines capable of diagnosing unwanted vibrations, thus extending machine life, and improving industrial process quality. In addition, the resulting solution follows trends of industrial revolution 4.0.
