Automatická balicí a paletizační linka přístrojů spínačů

Abstract

The content of the thesis is the proposal of an automatic or semiautomatic line design for folding cardboard boxes, inserting cardboard interleavings and switch devices into folded boxes, enclosing boxes, labeling boxes and storing boxes on a pallet. The input and output objects, the analysis of the current status of hand packaging as well as the palletization of switch devices are described at the beginning of the diploma thesis. Some examples of each process automation are shown in the research. On the basis of a requested list have been designed three proposals of possible workplaces solutions out of which is, with help of multicriteria analysis, the optimal option selected. In the Creo 3 design programme, a 3D model of the optimal option is created. The kinematic analysis is elaborated for the chosen construction unit. Its outputs are completed with technical calculations. One part of the thesis is the drawing documentation of the main assemblies, economical calculations, the list of purchased parts and the chosen process animation. The conclusion will focus on the recapitulation of work and further possible options for the project continuation will be proposed.
