Analýza personálních činností ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The object of my bachelor works is to analyse agency of personal activities in company Panav a.s., which works in automotive industry and is engaged in trailers manufacturing. My works consists of theoretical part and practical part. In theoretical part I am defining basic terms, focusing on human resources management and its activities. It is following by proces of hiring and selection of employees in detailed description. Practical part analysis systems, codes and instructions of doing personal activities in chosen company. My works is based on specialized publications, personal interviews with human resources manager and internal company documents.
