Abstract

This work is focused on rationalization, innovation of production and creation of a project for the production of electric motor components. The production of electric motors is very complicated due to the high workload. Manual production above the machine predominates, and production is time consuming in terms of engine manufacturability. For large engines it is a piece production. The introduction presents the methods of solution that were used for this work. In the following section, the difficulty of production was evaluated and then the components on which these methods were used selected. The next part was focused on individual solutions with the possibility of recovery for the production for selected components. These methods are used today to streamline and improve production management and subsequently applied in production processes. The aim of this dissertation was to increase the productivity, efficiency and competitiveness of an engineering company focused on the production of electric motors on the market using modern methods of business management. This work is applied to an engineering company that is a manufacturer of electric motors. The product line is synchronous motors. The production size and production capacity of this series of engines depends on the basic indicators, which is the weight of the engines and their design. The company specializes in piece or small series production and lean manufacturing, spaghetti diagram, OPT or one-piece flow methods are proposed from the methods used for this type of production.
