Abstract

Master thesis focuses on the assessing employee education and development system in a selected organization. The aim of this thesis is outline the theoretical basis that relates to the theme, analyze and assess employee education and development system in organization and adduce own suggestions and recommendations. Thesis contains an analysis of the system, which is based on the data provided by the organization and through a questionnaire survey carried out among the employees. The analysis is evaluated and based on these are defined suggestions and recommendations for improving the system of education and development of employees in a selected organization.
