Abstract

The thesis deals with the inventory. In the theoretical part is included-read the definition and classification of stocks. The core part of the work is the focus on the area of inventory management and its subsequent optimization of the introduction of the methods of the ABC and the implementation of the P-system as one of the options in the management of stocks. In the introduction to the practical part is introduced by DT Výhybkárna-strojírna, a.s. and using knowledge from the first part and assessing the current situation in the company are presented proposals and recommendations, which should bring improvements in the management of supplies.
