Abstract

This bachelor thesis is primarily devoted to diagnostics and measurement of vibrations on wire rod rolling mills. The purpose of this measurement should be to reduce equipment failures. The bachelor's thesis describes diagnostics and predictive maintenance of the device where the location of sensors for vibration measurement is proposed and describes how it will take place and evaluate the measured data into a simple form of evaluation. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate which, from this diagnostic measurement, will help reduce equipment failures and economic consequences. Also, to reduce maintenance costs.
